Creamy Velveeta Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
1lb Pasta of choice
4 Tbls Butter (1/2 stick)
4 Tbls Flour
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Dry Mustard Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt (+/- to taste)
3 Cups Milk
1 Lb Velveeta (Cut into cubes)
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted water. Set aside to drain.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the flour and spices, and whisk until smooth.
Pour in the milk slowly while constantly whisking to prevent lumps.
Continue heating and whisking until it thickens. About 3-5 minutes.
Add the Velveeta and Cheddar Cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
Add the cooked pasta, and stir until all is coated.
