Description

Layered jello salad. Aka Gay Rights Jello

Ingredients
1 small package of each of the following Jello flavors: Lime, Lemon, Orange, Strawberry, Grape, and Berry Blue
16 oz Vanilla Yogurt
Enough Whipped Cream to cover a 9x13 pan of Jello. (Mom says NO Cool whip!!)

Instructions
This is a very time consuming dish to make. It should be made the day before you serve it. It takes 6+ hours to make.
Start with Lime Jello. Add the box of Jello to 1 Cup boiling water and stir until dissolved. Divide Jello in half. To one half, add 1/3 Cup yogurt and stir until smooth. Pour the other half of the clear Jello into a 9x13” Pyrex dish. Refrigerate the 9x13” dish for 30 minutes. Carefully pour the lime Jello/yogurt mix onto the layer of clear lime Jello. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Repeat for each box of Jello in the following order. Lime, Lemon, Orange, Strawberry, Grape, and Berry Blue.
After all layers are set, and just before serving, cover with a layer of whipped cream.
