Cole Slaw
Ingredients
1/2 Tablespoon Minced Parsley
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Minced Onion
1/4 Teaspoon Celery Seed
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Tablespoon White Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Sugar
Instructions
1. Mix above ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl, and refrigerate.
2. Shred 1 head of cabbage, 1 large carrot, and 1 small, cored apple.
3. Add the shredded ingredients to the dressing in the large bowl and mix thoroughly.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. The cabbage needs to weep, and make the coleslaw juicy.
5. Since the dressing settles, mix up the coleslaw just before serving.
