Beef Stroganoff

Description

Beef and a cream sauce to be served over rice, noodles, or toasted bread.

Ingredients
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom.
1-2 Pounds Hamburger.
1 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Can Beef Broth. Or Water To Thin It Out.
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
Button Mushrooms Optional
1 to 2/3 Cup Sour Cream.
Cream Cheese Optional.

Instructions
Brown Hamburger With Onions.
Drain Fat.
Add Remaining Ingredients Except Sour Cream.
Stir In Sour Cream Just Before Serving.
Serve Over Hot Rice or Noodles, or Toasted Bread.
