Ingredients
2 - 6 ounce cans of chopped clams. (Drain liquid into pot)
2 Cups Chopped Potatoes.
1 Cup Chopped Celery.
1 Cup Chopped Onion.
3/4 Cup Butter.
3/4 Flour.
1 Qt. Half And Half.
1/2 Tsp. Sugar.
1 1/2 Tsp. Salt.
Dash Pepper.
Instructions
Drain Clam Juice into the pot. Add the Potatoes, Celery, and Onion. Add enough Water to cover the Potatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer until Potatoes are soft. Drain Water.
In another pan, melt Butter. Add the Flour and Spices, stir.
Add Cream.
Add White Sauce and Clams to the Potatoes.
Heat and stir.
