Ingredients
1 Cup Uncooked Rice
2 Cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream Of Celery Soup
1 Soup Can Of Milk
1 Envelope Of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Shredded Meat Of One Cooked Chicken, or 4 cooked Chicken Breasts (Rotisserie Chicken works and tastes the best.)
Instructions
1. Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees.
2. Pour Rice evenly into a greased 9x13 pan.
3. Mix together the 3 cream soups, Lipton soup mix and the can of milk in a bowl.
4. Pour gently over the rice.
5. Cover and bake for 1 hour. (350 degrees)
6. Remove the pan from the oven, uncover it, and stir the rice well. The rice won’t be cooked completely yet.
7. Add the shredded chicken meat, and stir it up with the rice.
8. Cover again and bake for another hour.
