Mom’s fruit crisp
Ingredients
Crumb mixture
1cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
Fruit of you choice
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter to drizzle on top of crumb mixture.
Instructions
Mix the sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder.
Drop in one egg and mix.
Fill medium size baking dish 8x8/9x9. 3/4 full of sliced fruit.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Cover with crumb mixture.
Melt butter and pour over crumbs.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until crumb top is golden.
