Ingredients
1 Lb. Ground Italian Sausage.
1 1/2 Teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes. (Optional)
1 Large Diced Onion.
4 Strips Uncooked Diced Bacon.
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic.
10 Cups Chicken Broth.
2 Cubes Chicken Bouillon.
1 Lb. Diced Potatoes.
1 Cup Heavy Cream.
1/4 Bunch Chopped Kale.
Instructions
1. Fry Sausage and Red Pepper Flakes in a large skillet until brown. Drain grease, and set the Sausage aside.
2. Fry the Onion, Bacon and Garlic in the same skillet the Sausage was in. Cook until the Bacon is crispy and the Onions are soft. Set aside.
3. Place the Chicken Broth and Bouillon into a large pot and bring to a boil.
4. Stir in the Potatoes, and cook until soft.
5. Stir in the Heavy Cream and simmer until heated through. Add the Sausage, Bacon, Onions, and Kale. Stir and heat through until Kale is cooked. About 10 minutes.
