Ingredients
1 Butternut Squash
1 Granny Smith Apple
2 Carrots
1 Sweet Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Small Can Coconut Milk
2 Cups Chicken Stock
Cayenne pepper or Curry if desired
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4-1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4-1/2 teaspoon Sage
Instructions
Peel apple and squash and throw away seeds
Dice all vegetables and throw in crock pot with chicken stock.
Cook for 6-8 hours
Blend with immersion blender.
Add spices and coconut milk to taste.
Add more water if desired.
