Ingredients
2 48 Oz or 3 32 Oz containers of Chicken Broth
2 16.3 Oz cans of biscuits
About 1/2 Cup of Flour
4 Cups shredded Rotisserie Chicken Meat
1 Cup Half and Half
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
In a large pot, bring the broth to a boil, and then to a simmer.
Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces on a lightly floured cutting board.
Put the biscuit pieces and the flour from the cutting board into the chicken broth.
Put the half and half, the chicken meat into the pot, and stir it up.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is cooked.
It can be stored in a fridge for up to 4 days
