Banana Bars

Description

Basically Congo bars with some modifications for bananas to be added

Ingredients
3/4 C Butter
2/3 C Sugar
2/3 C Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2-3 Medium Ripe Bananas
2 C Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 6oz pkg. Chocolate Chips

Instructions
1. Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
3. Stir in mashed bananas.
4. Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt.
5. Add to banana mixture and beat until combined.
6. Stir in chocolate chips.
7. Spread evenly in a 9x13 pan.
8. Bake at 350 F for 25-35 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.
