Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
4 6 oz Salmon Fillets
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Smoked or Regular Paprika
1/4 tsp blackening seasoning (optional - makes it spicy)
3 Tbsp Butter
2 tsp Olive Oil
6 Cloves Garlic Minced
1/2 C Honey
3 Tbsp Water
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
1. Pat Salmon dry and then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and blackening seasoning (optional). Set aside.
2. Adjust oven rack to middle position, then preheat to broiler.
3. Add butter and oil to a large skillet (oven safe) and heat over med-high heat.
4 Once butter is melted add garlic, water, soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice. Cook 30 seconds to 1 minute until sauce is heated through.
5. Add salmon, skin side down (can take skin off if you want). Cook 3 minutes.
6. While salmon cooks baste frequently with sauce from the pan by spooning it over the top of the salmon.
7. Once 3 minutes are up move skillet to oven. Broil for 5-6 minutes. Baste with sauce once during the broil. Once Salmon is caramelized and cooked to desired doneness remove from oven.
8. Garnish with minced parsley if desired.
