Note from Bryan: Making half this recipe makes just the right amount to fill a large mason jar.

Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup kosher salt
1 cup black pepper
1/2 cup chili powder
1/2 cup paprika
6 tablespoons turmeric
2 tablespoons of cayenne, onion and garlic powder

Instructions
Take all the crap, put it in a bag and shake it up. Apply liberally to pork before smoking and also after shredding the pulled pork for more flavor. Or don’t. I really don’t care.
