Ingredients
1 can of garbanzo beans (undrained)
4 or 5 large cloves of garlic
Three spoonfuls of Tahini (it looks like natural peanut butter)
The juice of 2 lemons (or 6 tablespoons of lemon juice)
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add water for desired consistency
Instructions
Place everything into a food processor, and blend until smooth
