Mexican Style Rice
Ingredients
2 cups Long Grain Rice
2 Tablespoons Oil
8 Ounces Salsa (1 Cup)
6 Stems Cilantro (Optional)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Bouillon Cube
1 Rounded Teaspoon Minced Garlic
4 Cups Chicken Broth (Or Water and Bouillon Cubes)
Dash Cumin
Dash Garlic Pepper
Instructions
In a Dutch Oven or large pot, brown Rice in oil until golden.
When rice is browned, add broth, and all other ingredients.
Stir and cover pan, simmer on low for 35-40 minutes, or until all liquid is gone.
Fluff rice just before serving.
