Description
White chicken enchiladas
Ingredients
3 Cans Cream of Chicken
3 Cups Sour Cream
1 1/2 Small Cans Diced Green Chilies (1 large?)
1 1/2 lbs. Grated Mexican Blend Cheese
1 1/2 lbs. Shredded Cooked Chicken Breast
Approximately 20 Flour Tortillas
Instructions
Mix together the cream of chicken, sour cream, and chilies.
Put a small scoop of the sauce on the bottom of a greased 9x13” pan.
Put a tablespoon sized scoop of sauce, chicken, and cheese into each tortilla, roll it up, and place into them into the pan.
Pour all the rest of the sauce onto the enchiladas.
Cover the Enchiladas with the rest of the cheese blend.
Cover with foil. Spray the food side of the foil with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 until heated through. About 25-30 minutes.
